Do Blogs Have an Impact on the Judicial Process?

Professor Jay Brown has a post on this topic here. The comments to the post also refer to law review articles that examine this issue. There is widespread evidence that judges and their law clerks read blogs, if only because we know that blogs are cited in court opinions and in briefs submitted to the courts.
