Governance of Delaware LLCs

Bloomberg Law Reports just published an article I co-wrote titled: Benefits of Being a Delaware Company and Recent Developments in the Governance of LLCs. The citation is  Vol. 2, No. 33 of the Bloomberg Law Reports (August 18, 2008). Here  is a copy. [ This is a "re-print" of a prior post.]
