Radin, I just received a free copy of the four volume treatise entitled: The Business Judgment Rule: Fiduciary Duties of Corporate Directors, Sixth Edition.  No less an authority than former Delaware Chief Justice E. Norman Veasey, in a foreword to the current edition, recommends it highly. A press release for the new publication is available here.  Anyone who is serious about scholarship on this topic needs to consult this multi-volume magnum opus if they intend to be comprehensive in their treatment of the subject. One cannot hope to do justice to such a tome in a short blog blurb, but I may return to it as time permits.
