For the same reason that "court watchers" in Delaware should be aware of the gubernatorial campaign, as I have explained previously on these pages, it  is relevant to observe in passing that although the Delaware Senate (which approves judges appointed by the Governor), is expected to remain dominated by Democrats, the majority party in the Delaware House of Representatives, controlled by Republicans since 1982, will be "in play" as they say, in the November 2008 elections.
