Last week I had the opportunity to speak with Colin O’Keefe of LXBN TV on a subject I’ll be leading a panel on at the Delaware State Bar Association’s Annual Seminar on Recent Developments in Delaware Corporate and Alternative Entity Law: how blogs have changed the practice of corporate law.
