Delaware Supreme Court Chief Justice Myron Steele released a statement regarding the tragic shooting at the Courthouse in Wilmington, Delaware, this week. That building houses the Court of Chancery as well as other Delaware courts. Two people who were planning to attend a court hearing (in another court) on Monday were shot in the lobby of the Courthouse.  The Chief Justice extended his thoughts and prayers for the victims, and stated that February 11, 2013 was “perhaps one of the most difficult days in the history of the Delaware Judiciary.”
