U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy was quoted recently as saying that when his law clerks are looking for commentary on recent key cases, they often read what has been written on blogs first because the law review commentary often is not published until much later. Professor Bainbridge follows up on this comment here by observing that he is fairly confident that the Delaware judiciary follows "those who toil in the corporate law blogosphere".
