Corporate Law Professor Stephen Bainbridge writes here about the overwhelming predominance of liberals (compared to conservatives or libertarians),  in law schools and academia in general, and the disparate impact it has on students. Quoting others, he also observes that some camps promote diversity in race, skin color, ethnicity and most other areas–except when it comes to differences in thought (i.e., viewpoints different than their own.) It would be interesting if such a nuanced analysis was done about law firms.
