As I have written on this blog before on several occasions, electronic discovery issues should be of concern to all litigators, including those in Delaware involved in business litigation in Delaware’s Chancery Court and Supreme Court, especially in connection with issues in the DGCL.’s Legal Blog Watch has a story about a Word document converted to pdf format that was E-filed with the court, but that had metadata still recoverable from the pdf document when it was converted back to Word.
