This blog was launched in April 2005 with the modest goal of summarizing recent Delaware court decisions of import about corporate and commercial law, primarily from the Delaware Chancery Court and Delaware Supreme Court. I have published many articles about those decisions in the past and decided that a blog would be a more effective means of publishing recent developments in this area as they arise. I also write frequently on legal ethics developments, especially as they pertain to litigation, and I intend to add comments periodically on recent developments in that area as well.

Feel free to make any constructive (but courteous) suggestions if you think there is an improvement that can be made to this blog (or blawg as some blogs in the legal arena are called.) I will also try to add links to other useful sources, including other blogs or blawgs of relevance. The style here is intended to be informal and not limited to lawyers.
