Audio Conference on Key Corporate and Commercial Cases from Delaware — Decided from January through June 2013

You are invited to a free audio conference for a discussion of the top five decisions in 2013 to date from Delaware’s Supreme Court and Court of Chancery, on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 1:00 pm EST

For the last eight years, we have provided an annual review of key Delaware corporate and commercial decisions. So far in 2013 we have reviewed and summarized over 80 of the Delaware courts’ decisions on this blog. Five decisions with the most far-reaching application and importance during the first half of 2013 will be highlighted and discussed during a one-hour audio conference led by an Eckert Seamans’ team of corporate and commercial litigators.

Participants can dial-in on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. EST. The dial-in number will be provided to those who register below. Written summaries of the cases discussed, with links to the full opinions, will be emailed after the audio conference.
