Chancery Court Vacates Prior Decision in Fiduciary Duty Case

In Stephenson v. Cooke, (Del. Ch., Oct. 29, 2008), the Delaware Chancery Court  vacated a 30-page decision summarized here, in an unusual ruling that apparently was based in part on a condition of a settlement between the parties involved. Read the Court's one-page letter decision here.
