Chancery Court Order Confirms: Only Delaware Counsel May eFile Documents with Court
The Chancery Court has promulgated an order that confirms the distinction between local Delaware counsel and the non-Delaware counsel involved in a case for eFiling purposes. Because all pleadings are eFiled with the court, this order clarifies that only members of the Delaware Bar can be signed up with the LexisNexis eFiling system as eFilers.
