Reargument Denied In Award of Fees to Delaware Counsel Only

In Re William Lyons Homes Shareholder Litigation, (Del. Ch., Jan. 18, 2007), read opinion here . This Chancery Court opinion denied a Motion for Reargument pursuant to Rule 59 regarding a claim by California counsel for a share of attorney's fees awarded to Delaware counsel.
