Summary Judgment Denied on Stock Option Issues

In this case, competing cross motions for summary judgment were denied in connection with an interpretation of stock option contracts. The court determined that more factual clarification was needed before legal issues could be ruled upon.  For a more detailed background, see the previous opinion of the court in this matter: Lillis v.
