Settlement of Derivative Suit Rejected By Court

 I recently summarized the Chancery Court's opinion in the case of  In Re SS&C Technologies, Inc., here, with a detailed discussion of why the court refused to approve a settlement,  but another blog today added additional commentary that should be of interest to most readers of my blog.
