I realize that readers do not come to this blog looking for humor, but courtesy of Charles Fincher at www.LawComix.com, I am providing one of his humorous cartoons that might speak more eloquently to business litigation matters that appear on this blog, than I can describe in mere words. I often summarize court decisions dealing with D & O liability. One wonders if the cartoon below is indicative in a symbolic way of the type of mindset that leads to trouble for some boards.
