"Super Lawyers" Designation May Violate NJ Rules

Although the New Jersey Supreme Court has suspended the ruling pending its further review of the matter, the New Jersey Committee that regulates attorney conduct recently decided that the designation of "Super Lawyer" violates the NJ Rules applicable to lawyers.
