Agreement Allows Payment of Attorneys' Fees

This Chancery Court case addressed the issue of whether a contractual provision which provided for attorneys' fees arising "in connection with" a written agreement required the indemnification of a party who paids fees for litigation. The court found that the agreement should be interpreted broadly enough to cover such a claim.
