Amendments to Federal Rules on Electronic Discovery
The proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure regarding electronic discovery moved one step closer to reality this week. The Standing Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure approved the amendments submitted by the Civil Rules Advisory Committee addressing discovery of electronically stored information.Thanks to the Electronic Discovery Blog which has a post with more details.
